This lovely patient had two prior breast augmentations by another surgeon with a persistence of a high riding left breast, for eight years.  She developed capsular contracture of both breasts.  Ten years after her initial surgery she came to see Dr. Buono for a revision. Dr. Buono removed her old implants, revised her both of her breast pockets, and replaced her old implants with the Gummy Bear Soft Touch Natrelle Implants; 375 cc both sides. Photo was taken 3 months post-op. Patient is very please with her results!!! It is important to note, the patient did not want to have a mastopexy (breast lift) at this time.
